After spending many years in the modelling and sports industries, I realised that good nutrition and a balanced fitness regime was key to a strong healthy body and mind.
Over the years I have become more interested in the link between inactivity and increased illness.
Our bodies are designed to experience a wide array of movement and so we must take advantage of this blessing by using it to our fullest potential.
With that aim, 5 years ago, I became a Personal Trainer and GP referral coordinator.
It is my passion to educate, empower, and motivate my clients through my Total Body Fitness classes, by providing fun, enjoyable, and rewarding exercise experiences that allow our bodies to feel strong: physically, emotionally, and socially.
